A 72-year-old man was arrested Monday night for allegedly pulling a gun on a neighbor who he says farted near his door.

The website NJ.com says Daniel Collins has had an ongoing dispute with the reported victim, who told cops Collins pointed a revolver at him because of the alleged gassy slight inside their apartment building.

Collins admitted he did confront the man about the fart, yet said he didn't brandish a firearm. However, a search turned up a revolver in his car, cops say. Collins was slapped with several charges, including aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm and making terroristic threats.
